In addition to music ministry, I also have a deep interest in aviation. My father has been a corporate pilot for 30 years, and although I don't have a license yet, I have spent many hours behind the controls of various aircraft. The picture below is a photograph of an F/A-18 Hornet passing through the sound barrier. The link directly below the picture is for video footage of a U.S. Navy F-14 Tomcat passing through the sound barrier about 100 yards from an aircraft carrier at an altitude of about 100 feet. It is one of the most awesome pieces of footage I have ever seen. Enjoy!
